Forgive me if this has already been done but I am thinking ahead to the ASIA symposium and wondering if there are any OLFers going. Would you care to make your intentions known?

Thanks,
Viv

I was there two years ago and would highly recommend it. Take a small tape recorder and place it in the classrooms that you have an interest in but cannot attend. I saw folks doing that and thought what a great idea. There are numerous classes going on simultaneously and you can only be in one place at a time so it made perfect sense to me. I am forgoing it this year as our focus is the HB festival.

Hey Viv,
I'm going to go. Last time was great. Everyone should know
however to get to the lectures early as the classrooms regularly
overflow. Maybe there will be larger roome available this time.

I plan on being there with a guitar that makes everyone stop in their tracks. Well, O.K. Maybe just Grit . Hopefully . John K is helping me.
I look forward to seeing you again Viv, and Peter!

I will be there 99.99% sure. Sorry to anyone who is waiting for a guitar from me, they will have to wait 4 or 5 days longer ... then again, all the tricks along with the inspiration from the symposium, may just help me make up some of the time and even get ahead.

And Tim, Healdsburg is in Aug, the symposium is in June!!!

Looking forward to seeing ol friends and making new ones.

I hope to attend but my son's eighth grade graduation is that same week. The might move it because we've had a lot of snow days this year.

Last night I was reminded that I can't go to the ASIA symposium this year
because I have to go to a wedding in Oregon the very same weekend.

BIG

I'll miss seeing Pete, Matt, Mike M., Al, John O, Craig and having the blast
that it is.

We'll just both not go - we'll show them!

Gee, wouldn't it be nice if we could drown our disappointment in a pile of
Brazilian saw dust at the base of your bandsaw? Oh well... there's always
(I hope) 2007.

Your pal,
Viv

and maybe the wedding weekend (actually it's a whole week!) in Oregon
can offer some consolation. Maybe I can find some cool wood to add to
the Addy-Braz shavings.

Cheers,
Viv
